Wield the gun lobby’s disproportionate influence against itself. 

Idea

How do you get two well-known gun advocates to be spokespeople for a campaign against gun violence? Invite them to give the commencement address at a school that doesn’t exist, in front of 3,044 empty seats that represent the students who would have graduated if they hadn’t been killed by a gun. This campaign for gun reform advocates Change the Ref resulted in 1.4 billion impressions and 41K+ signees for universal background checks. Named #1 most awarded campaign of the year (World Creative Rankings).
